Intercompany

## Intercompany pairs, matched and eliminated.

Verain lines up the intercompany pairs between your entities and shows each as matched, mismatched or zero. Eliminate a matched pair in one click at the agreed amount, and undo it if you need to.

- Elimination between entities that report in the same currency
- A Consolidated entity filter across the P&L, balance sheet, cash flow, KPI, compare, cost-centre and variance reports and the dashboard
- Group view and entity view from the same model

Differences

## Differences parked, not absorbed.

When a pair does not agree, the difference is parked on its own line for intercompany reconciling differences, with its age and its cause, so nothing disappears into a total.

Currency

## Foreign entities in euros, on ECB rates.

Entities that keep their books in another currency are translated into euros on European Central Bank rates: the balance sheet at the closing rate, the P&L at the average rate. The rates come in daily and sit on the Data page next to your connections.

Systems

## Each entity on its own accounting system.

Entities can run on different systems: Exact Online, Twinfield, Odoo, Tripletex or Visma.net. Verain reads each one read-only and maps them into one chart of accounts, with AI mapping suggestions you review before you save them.
