“One Brain, Many Minds” is our tagline. It’s also the most accurate description of how the product is actually built, so let me unpack it, because the phrase carries a specific architecture, not just a nice ring.
The Brain
The Brain is your organization’s private intelligence. Not a generic model with your logo on it, but a model grounded in your data: your ledger, your entities, your contracts, your history, and the way your team actually writes and decides.
There are two ways to build one, and the difference matters.
For analytical work (finance), the value is in connection and reasoning. The Brain plugs into your accounting system, reasons over your live numbers, and learns your corrections so it sharpens with use. The model underneath can be any model you choose; the intelligence comes from the grounding.
For voice-and-judgment work (brand), the value is in the model itself sounding like you. There, we fine-tune a private model on your archive and hand it to you to own. Fine-tuning small models has quietly become the standard way to control a model’s style and vocabulary, and 2026 is the year that approach grew up. It’s the right tool for the job, and the model is yours.
Either way, the principle holds: the Brain is built from your data, runs where you choose, and stays yours. Run it on-premise on a model you fine-tuned yourself, and the only model that ever trains on your data is the one you own.
The Minds
A Brain on its own is potential. The Minds are what turn it into work done.
A Mind is a specialized agent built for one vertical’s actual workflow, not a chat box told to “act as a CFO.” The Analytical Mind explains variance, consolidates entities, and forecasts cash the way a finance team needs it. The Brand Mind captures how your brand thinks, its voice, judgment, and institutional knowledge, and opens it up. The Risk Mind reviews contracts against your own history.
And because every Mind sits on the same Brain, each new one starts ahead. The context the Analytical Mind built doesn’t get rebuilt for the next vertical; it’s inherited. The intelligence compounds.
Where we actually are
I want to be precise about maturity, because the gap between what companies say they have and what they have is exactly the credibility problem we set out to solve.
- Finance is live. Real customers, paying, in production. It’s the proof.
- Brand is in development. The approach is proven in a pilot; we’re building it with design partners, not selling it as finished.
- Legal is on the roadmap for 2027.
We lead with the vision because the vision is right. We prove it with Finance because Finance is real. We won’t blur the two, and if you ever catch us presenting a roadmap item as a shipped product, hold us to this paragraph.
Why it’s built this way
Because the most valuable intelligence your company has is already inside it. The job isn’t to rent you someone else’s brain. It’s to build you your own, and to make sure that when it gets good, it’s yours to keep.
