Live for every customer

The 13-week cash forecast.

Start from the opening cash in your ledger and generate the forecast week by week from open receivables and payables, recurring items and fixed outflows. Run it as a dry run first, then commit it as a new version.

  • Recurring items you can review and adjust
  • Receivables and payables aging, and what is due and overdue

Alerts you acknowledge and resolve.

Set a minimum cash balance and other thresholds. When the forecast drops below one, Verain raises an alert that you acknowledge and resolve, so a shortfall is a known item weeks ahead.

Live, switched on per customer

The integrated three-statement plan.

Plan on the drivers that move cash: days sales outstanding, days payable and days inventory (DSO, DPO, DIO) from a trailing window, plus schedules for capex, loans, dividend, equity and tax. Change one and the P&L, balance sheet and cash flow recompute together, so the three statements stay consistent.

  • Seed a version from actuals: copy, percentage, trend, run-rate, or a target spread over a profile
  • Forecast against actual: see how close earlier forecasts came, line by line
  • Period close and version lock, so an approved plan stays as approved
